Game Console Repairs Handy Tips......
When sending your Console in for repairing.
Please wrap your console in either newspaper, bubble wrap or use cloths. Once you have console in the box or bag you are sending pack the spaces with newspaper to stop the console moving & to protect in transit.
Please also include your name inside the parcel so we know where it came from and can let you know we have received the console.
If you think of something we need to know either email or attach a note to your console.
If you have attempted the repair yourself and then get stuck and choose to send us your Console it may take longer to repair as we cannot test the Console beforehand & need to know what has been attempted.

If your Country isn’t in the list please send us an email and we can advise you if we can ship to your country and what the cost would be and how long. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for a reply.

When we have your Console in for repair.
Sometimes there can be unexpected delays where it may end up being more than one repair for example you send a Play Station 3 in with a YLOD (Yellow Light of Death) and once that issue has been repaired and then we can test the motherboard we may find another issue e.g Blu-Ray drive unable to load/eject disc or Unable to read games/dvds which we didn’t know about.
We will keep you informed every step of the way. It’s easier for us if you don’t call every few hours as that adds delays in us fixing your console and getting it back to you as soon as possible.
If you know of any other issues with your Console let us know when you send it in or error codes. We will try our best to provide as much as information we can, so certain times patience is required. We very much appreciate if you stay calm during the process. In any case if there is any unexpected issue we will get in touch with you as soon as practical.
