Game Console Repairs® - Returns & Refunds Policy (Repairs Services)
- All sales are final unless a mistake has occurred on our part. We do not issue refunds for any opened or used items. We do not issue refunds, exchanges on any device due to installation damage.
Depending on the circumstances we may exchange or repair the item if it is found to be defective, we will replace the item and cover the shipping back to you however you are still responsible to initially shipping back the item. If the returned product is no longer available on our website, an equivalent or higher quality product will be sent back to you.
- If the item sent to us is not found to be defective but due to installation damage then the Return Policy is null and void and are not obligated to do so and reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
- If the Item was found to be in good working order then it will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and testing fees. Full Analysis and return fees will be incurred as per repair service.
- It is the customer’s duty to ensure compatibility of the product they purchase. We will not accept returns for compatibility issues.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and return shipping costs in the event incorrect data is provided or package is refused.
- Please note that all our products (repair parts, accessories, consoles packages, development tools, casing) have a printed sticker on it and on its box/cover. You MUST keep the box/cover with our printed sticker to apply for a replacement along with the product. You MUST send us the box/cover of our product when applying for a replacement along with the product. All warranties are null and void if our sticker on the box/cover AND our products is removed or tampered with or you have lost the box/cover of the product.
YLOD (Yellow Light of Death) Repairs on Playstation 3 (REFLOW)
Please note that the YLOD repairs via the Reflow method on PlayStation 3 carries no warranty as many times there is a manufacturer’s fault. We can confirm the issues with you regarding your console after the analysis procedure and can let you know the available solutions.
As in some rare cases it’s not worth reflowing and refluxing the motherboard we can simply discuss an alternative solution.
We can also organise a Preowned/refurbished motherboard/component at a very reasonable price.
RROD (Red Ring of Death) Repairs on XBOX360 (PHAT) (REFLOW)
Please note that the RROD repairs via the Reflow method on Xbox 360 carries no warranty as many times there is a manufacturer’s fault. We can confirm the issues with you regarding your console after the analysis procedure and can let you know the available solutions.

Warranty Claims
All the products listed on our site has a 3-month replacement warranty unless specified otherwise.
If your product becomes faulty in the first 3-months of your purchase, just send an email to us with your receipt/order number describing in detail the issue, we will then contact you with regards to the return process. You MUST send us back the suspected faulty product within 3 working days of us advising you to do so. We can then examine it and if it’s found to be faulty we will replace with a brand new one and post back to you using the same method that was used to send the item to you in the first place.
IMPORTANT: Our products all carry a warranty of 3 or 12 months. However this warranty applies only if the product has not been opened, soldered, modified etc. by the end user. Lenses require installation and calibration which can easily damage the product. Therefore, they are not falling under our warranty rules, and can NOT be exchanged / returned.
If your console is being re-repaired we will inform you if it is covered under warranty as there could be issues with other components of the system. We will test and confirm the issue and advise accordingly. We DO NOT cover warranty on the parts that were not tested/repaired by us in the first place.

Non Warranty:
Should the warranty not apply due to misuse, abuse, accident or wear and tear or if the warranty has lapsed a charge will apply to cover parts, labour and postage costs. Should the charge be rejected the minimum appraisal (Analysis) charge will be incurred to cover our labour costs etc. Repairs need to be paid before we return your Console.
Return policy
Consider all our product sales as final. In special circumstances where we do offer a refund, all item/s must be returned to us within 14 days of your receipt (For International sales). Within Australia the faulty product MUST be send to us within 3 working days. If the product(s) are not sent as per the defined period then all warranties are null and void.
The user is responsible for the return postage and that the item is returned to us safely. If the parcel is lost in transit back to us we are not liable for this so please make sure to register the parcel. We shall exchange an item if all shipping costs are covered by the buyer, and the item is unopened and in its original packaging and has not been used.
If we accidently sent out the wrong item we shall cover shipping with our selected shipping method. Once we have received the item and item is in new condition we shall ship out your ordered item if possible the same day.
If you simply change your mind we DO NOT offer a refund. If you have any questions about an item feel free to call or send us an email so you can make an inform decision before making the purchase.
If your item is defective within the warranty period:
All our items have a warranty period of 3 months unless stated in your invoice. If the item dies within the 3 month period we will replace it with the exact same product. We will only replace it if it’s a manufacture defect. If the item has become defective via user error, negligence or system updates beyond our control then we aren’t responsible. The user is responsible for postage costs and we will pay for postage back to you. Please contact us first before returning the item referring to reference/order number and giving us a detailed description of the issue. If the Item is a repair part and our label has been removed or not attached to the repair part we cannot replace the part and the warranty is null and void.
Please note:
All consoles and their parts have serial numbers and we record all of this as part of warranties. If you return a console and we find that our seal has been altered/removed or tampered with, then the warranty is null and void. So please don’t try to mislead us as we will still try and help fix the problem.
For Overseas customers please send us a picture of the defective item/part via email with our sticker on the item / part before posting us the item/part back. We will respond to your email within 24hours of receiving it.
