1. Products (Shipped both Australia wide and Overseas)
2. Door-To-Door Services (Available only In Australia)
1. All Products prices include G.S.T & 100% FREE SHIPPING all over Australia. The price you see is the final price there is no additional charges or any sudden surprises during checkout.
All items are sent using Australia Post Registered Post service so you can easily track your parcel. You can either track online or you can give us a call or you can contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

2. Door-To-Door Services are calculated as per following:-
We provide completely hassle-free Door-To-Door services Australia wide. Door-To-Door services include repairs, mods & customisation services for your gaming consoles. All that is required by you is simply book in (Add to Cart & Make a purchase) and we'll take care of the rest.
Once you book in for any type of service a confirmation email is sent with regards to your order. You'll then receive a call from one of our representatives to arrange pickup & delivery of your items. Our representative will discuss the most convenient time & day for picking up your item(s). It is very important that you provide us a working contact number so that we can get in touch with you as soon as pratical. Once we have finalised the pickup details with you we can then send our nominated courier company to pickup your items.
Once we receive your items we'll check up everything and give you a call/email and let you know all the available solutions. If you like to go ahead we can fix it and send it back within 24-48 hours (normally within 24 hours).
That's it.

Game Console Repairs® utilises a very comprehensive shipping system. In order to obtain a shipping quote for international customers
Step 1 - Add products to shopping cart
Step 2 - Select your country
Step 3 - Type in your zip/postal code
Step 4 - Click on 'Get a Quote' button.
Our system will find the cheapest and best option available to post your item with the utmost care (See Pic Below)

Shipping Address Information
Game Console Repairs® ships within (Australia) and International (Overseas).
It is your responsibility to provide Game Console Repairs® with a correct shipping address for proper delivery of items. It is also your responsibility to inform Game Console Repairs® of shipping address changes. If it is determined that the shipping address you provided is incorrect or out of date then you will be responsible for any non-recoverable shipped merchandise.
If we have attempted to collect your console as arranged with you and your not there and the console cannot be collected you will be charged a futile handling fee of up to $20.00. If you will be at work you can put down your business address.
Deliveries to Post Office Boxes are not accepted by ANC Couriers and TNT, if you choose Australia Post then you can post to your Australian Post Office Box.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any product ordered / received is not used and/or imported in any way in which it would violate any laws. All installations are done at the customers and/or installers own risk.
There are several different ways of shipping the product to you, if you require faster shipping please contact us before you place an order and we can give you an estimate on shipping costs. Like all places the more you pay for shipping the faster you will get the item, we do automatically provide free shipping within Australia on products using Australia Post standard shipping.
Typographical errors: We are not bound to honour typographical errors, should there be any, though we endeavour to make sure everything is accurate.
We reserve the right to change any policies at any time. If you are purchasing from the site you must be in agreement with stated policies, otherwise do not use this website.
To protect all parties involved against fraud attempts we will ONLY ship to the confirmed/validated address that matches the billing information provided
- If shipments need to be shipped to a 3rd party address, this will delay the shipment until we can get confirmation from the billing customer
Weekend days, public holidays and bank holidays together or other events beyond our control are not included when we quote postage timeframes.
Please note:
If you fail to receive your parcel please contact us straight away so we can help locate the article. If the parcel was sent via registered post please be patient as it may take some time to trace, process a refund or issue a replacement. International post is the same as registered post.
For courier parcels they can be tracked form the moment they are dispatched to the time you sign for the parcel.
