Facts regarding Credit Card transactions:
All sales (purchases) are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Please note the amount debited may vary from checkout as you may be charged additional fees from your bank when your sale is processed for overseas customers.
We don’t keep any of your credit card details on our database.
Once your purchase is complete you have given us permission to charge your credit card for that amount which is shown on your receipt / invoice. It may take up to two working days for the transaction to go through. This cannot be stopped so your purchase is final.
If you decide you want to cancel the order (If it’s possible) you will have to cover all charges occurred to us.
NOTE: Please double check the credit card details you have entered including expire date and the Card Security Code or Card Verification Code. If you have entered wrong information it could delay your purchase.
Facts regarding Bank deposits for Australians:
We accept Bank Deposit straight into our ANZ account. With this method please ensure you ask the Bank Teller to put your Order Number as a reference so we know the payment came from you. The payment will register straight away in our account. Unfortunately we won’t see the reference until the next business working day. Once we can confirm the deposit your items are dispatched that day.
You can do a Bank transfer to us. Depending on the time off day that you process the payment as to when we will receive the funds. Again please state your Order Number as a reference. Usually it’s within 1 - 3 working days depending on the bank you bank with. Once the funds are cleared we will dispatch your items.
Please Note: If you send us a money order or cheque it will take 3 working days to clear once we have received it or you have deposited it directly into our account at the bank.
Appraisal / Analysis Charges:
After your Console undergoes a full Diagnostic Test, and a Specified fault cannot be diagnosed, an Appraisal/Analysis fee of $40.00 for XBox360, PlayStation 3, Wii & 3DS (Includes testing Hardware & Software), DSiXL/LL, DSi & DS Lite (Includes testing Hardware & Software) may apply to cover Labour costs etc.
Data:
Game Console Repairs recommends you back up any save data to a Memory Card/External USB Hard Drive, As the repair may result in the loss of User Data. Game Console Repairs cannot be held responsible for the loss of any saved data on your Console.
Warranty:
All consoles and their parts have serial numbers and we record all of this as part of warranties. If you return a console and we find that our seal has been altered/removed or tampered with, then the warranty is null and void. So please don’t try to mislead us as we will still try and help fix the problem.
For Overseas customers please send us a picture of the defective item/part via email with our sticker on the item / part before posting us the item/part back. We will respond to your email within 24hours of receiving it.
